Clarkson & St Peter's Picnic

We will be hosting a joint picnic with St Peter’s on Friday 28th June at 12noon.
All families are invited to come and have lunch with your child.

Clarkson gates open at 11:45am.
Children should be collected from their class circles (on the field) at 12:00noon, where adults will need to sign out children therefore accepting parental responsibility for the duration of the picnic.

All Clarkson pupils should make their way back to their class circles by 1:30pm.
At 1:45pm, all children should be back in their classrooms for afternoon learning.

Weather - Please ensure you bring with you some sun cream and a hat for your children if necessary. Unfortunately if the weather is not kind to us, this event will have to be cancelled.

Alcoholic drinks, smoking (including; vaping or e-cigs) or dogs are not permitted on school grounds.

We expect all children to be supervised and on their best behaviour during this event.
You are permitted to take photos of your own children at our event, however, we ask that these are not to be posted onto social media.

Both morning and afternoon nursery are welcome to attend, but will need to bring their own lunch.

There will be face painting on offer for £1.50, as well as ice creams available to purchase.
